What is
biomechanical training?

Biomechanical golf training is an advanced method of achieving the best possible results. Until recently only available to the top touring professionals such as Tiger Woods, it is now accessible to all levels and golfers of all ages.

The training is based around a full body movement screening which tests the player’s physical performance factors, including: posture, balance, mobility, stability, co-ordination, core strength and endurance. Any limitations that occur in these factors act as barriers to learning proper golf technique, and any swing improvement.

Once any limitations have been identified a full diagnostic report is prepared, including all relevant findings and a personal improvement training program which includes exercises and drills designed to improve any limiting factors.

This information is essential for any instructor who wants to achieve the best results while teaching any level of pupil.
